Museum Collection

Under the leadership of Curator Bill Freeman, the Railroad House Historical Society has assembled, catalogued and organized for display an impressive array of artifacts in the Railroad House Museum. The Museum's collection spans some 150 million years and encompasses objects as diverse as the fossilized remains of ancient ruminants, hand-crafted Native American tools, a metal-wheeled tricycle, a Victorian era organ and art pottery manufactured by nationally renowned  North State Pottery and A.R. Cole Pottery.
