The Railroad House Museum is closed on most major holidays. Holiday closures are announced on our Facebook page.

FAQs

CAN i SCHEDULE A TOUR OUTSIDE OF NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS?
Yes! We do accept tours outside of our business hours. Please call us or use the contact form on our website to email us to schedule the tour.
Is it possible to donate artifacts to the museum?
Due to limited storage space, all artifact donations must first be approved by our acquisitions committee. If interested in donating, please contact us with the details and our volunteers will review the submission at our next board meeting. 
How do I become a volunteer?
Our museum is fully run by volunteers so we are always interested in new members! Contact us either by phone or email if interested and our volunteer coordinator will schedule a meeting with you. No experience necessary but must love history and able to provide excellent customer service to our visitors.
